We were very pleased with the ticket purchase/seat reservation service that your company, OnStageDirect, provided for our Dec. 2 Rosewood Avenue Christmas Concert.
This was the first time that reserved seating was in effect in our 30-year-old community auditorium. It was the first time, but it won't be the last time. Serenata Music has been using OnStageDirect to sell tickets to our concerts for the past year. By having a link to OnStage Direct on our webpage and using PayPal to give people a simple way to buy and pay for their seats, we have seen increasing numbers of customers enjoy the convenience. Inna Krasnova has created a very user friendly interface both for us and the customer. Once the customer has determined how many tickets to buy and paid by credit card he/she can print out the ticket for presentation at our concert. This limits the need to print many tickets and, most important, we now have a guarantee of collecting the money as soon as the concert is completed. In addition, the ticket sales are presented in graphical form as the sales are made so that we can predict how many people will have bought tickets. As an inducement, we give a discounted price if people buy their tickets on line rather that at the door. The small service charge added by OnStageDirect makes the total cost less than the door price.
